- Shipping Box: Strong enough to handle the weight of your artwork.
- Tape: Packing tape for securing wrapping.
- Labels: Clear shipping labels with “Fragile” markings.
Prepare the Artwork

- Wrap with Glassine Paper: Place a sheet of glassine paper over the artwork’s surface to prevent sticking and smudging.
- Add Corner Protectors: Secure the corners with foam or cardboard protectors.
- Wrap in Bubble Wrap: Completely cover the artwork with bubble wrap for cushioning.
- Use Foam Board: Sandwich the artwork between two foam boards for added protection.
Select the Right Box
Make sure the box you choose is sturdy enough to withstand shipping. There should be at least 2 inches of padding between the artwork and the box walls on all sides.
Label the Package
